Hard Pellets – for hard pellet fishing! Without doubt the most effective modern-day commercial carp fishing tactic, hard pellet fishing has revolutionised how we target carp, F1’s and many other species on commercial venues. With that in mind we wanted to introduce a no-nonsense grab and go range of hard pellets that can be emptied into a bait tub and produce the goods straight from the bag.

When it comes to hard pellet fishing, a dense, slow breakdown pellet is a must and we have further boosted Hard Pellets with the addition of our popular Absolute Fish Oil to aid attraction, increase consistency in sink rate as well as slow breakdown once they enter the water. Complimenting traditional pellets, each bag contains a sampling of red hookbaits an option that many top anglers recognise as a must have in their bait armoury.

Order Dispatch:
All orders Monday-Friday, before 2pm, will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
(We sometimes process orders on the weekend however these still will not leave untill the next working day)
Bank Holiday Friday or Monday there will be NO deliveries or collections, items will leave us on the next working day even if next day service is paid for
If next-day delivery is selected after 2:00 pm on Thursday, and Friday and Monday are bank holidays, your order will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

Saturday delivery is available if paid for before 2pm on Friday

All next day courier deliveries are a fully tracked service with customer SMS or email notifications advising them of delivery information. Please make arrangements to receive this delivery. A customer also has the opportunity to change the day of delivery at this point.
Despite the vast majority of consignments being delivered on time, there is no gurantee by couriers, that delivery will be made by the next day for 'standard' next day deliveries. No next day courier services 'guarantee' next day delivery.

We can not be held responsible for couriers, missing estimated delivery times if the order was dispatched on time and no refunds can be given for late delivery.

It is a good idea to use an address where the delivery can be accepted. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful couriers will make one more attempt to deliver. If this attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned and there will be no postage refund plus return delivery cost deducted from your refund and no resending unless this is also paid for again.

Missing Parcels
In the event a parcel is delivered to the correct address, and the parcel is then reported by the customer as stolen, the customer will need to return a completed and signed 'non-receipt of goods disclosure' form which states that the customer agrees to 'co-operate with the carrier’s security and/or the Police in the event of any investigation into the missing items'
If parcels are reported as delivered but stolen from the customer's property. The customer will need to report the theft to the police and provide us with a crime number.
