Designed and developed to exacting specification in the UK using the highest quality Japanese carbon material, the Affinium range fulfils the demands of anglers who command performance, durability, and refined power across a range of rods.
The range is engineered on two distinct blank actions to create a fully encompassing range.
The main Affinium range of 10’, 11’, and 12’ feeder rods, along with an 11’ float rod, is designed around strength, power, and control, with medium to high BTC ratings, making them ideal for casting larger weights and playing bigger fish.
Each rod in the Affinium range was developed as its own project, with design, engineering and testing carried out individually for every model. The process involved NuFish’s development team alongside sponsored anglers, consultants and engineers. All blanks were subject to extensive field testing and quality checks before final approval, and only those that met the required performance standards were included in the range.
Affinium 12ft Feeder Rod
Power with control are the characteristics of this 3 piece 12ft Feeder rod.
This three-piece rod is designed with some simple fundamentals in mind, which are power, distance, and fish playing action. It boasts a 540 g BTC rating which due to being built on a fast action blank, means that although the longer 550mm , 3.5mm diameter solid carbon tips give sensitive bite indication they quickly power up from their strong base through the top section where the spigot joint progresses quickly into the middle and butt sections where the fish playing and casting power is generated.
The reserve power that this rod contains in the lower regions of its blank, means that this rod will absorb the demands of long cast fishing and our team of anglers have fished comfortably with this rod to 90mtrs with 60gram method style feeders and it also lends itself perfectly to the demands of big river fishing with heavy feeders to 100grams
Meaning that whether you’re fishing for double figure Carp or Barbel or you are fishing for bream at range, this rod will soak it up. But more importantly, it will get your bait and tackle there in the first place.
Supplied with 3 x 3.5mm tips in 1.5oz/2oz/3oz in size and supplied a high quality protective sleeve.
