The NEW spinner swivel compared to the existing spinner ring swivel does not include the additional ring on the bottom of the swivel and therefore includes less metal. We have therefore passed a saving onto you and the NEW spinner comes in packs of 12 (Original spinner ring swivels come in pack of 10) More swivels, less metal.

If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
