We can not be held responsible for couriers, missing estimated delivery times if the order was dispatched on time and no refunds can be given for late delivery.

It is a good idea to use an address where the delivery can be accepted. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful couriers will make one more attempt to deliver. If parcels are reported as delivered but stolen from the customer's property. The customer will need to report the theft to the police and provide us with a crime number.
