    Safe Place Requests:

    If you request that Royal Mail or a courier leaves your parcel in a safe place, we cannot accept responsibility if the item goes missing.

    🔁 Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

    Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the following will apply:

    Refund Deductions:

    • A 10% fee will be deducted from your refund (plus original postage) to cover:

      • Return shipping charges

    • If your item included a surcharge (e.g., for oversized items), this surcharge is non-refundable.

      Failed Delivery Attempts:

      • Royal Mail and couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel multiple times (see delivery partner policies above).

      • If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers both the original shipping and return postage.
