A main internal compartment for pole sections and full-length outer side-pocket for accessories and umbrella.Both feature a padded, adjustable shoulder strap and neoprene carry handle. 🔁 Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the following will apply:

If your item included a surcharge (e.g., for oversized items), this surcharge is non-refundable.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
Royal Mail and couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel multiple times (see delivery partner policies above).
If the parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, a £10 fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers both the original shipping and return postage.
